When you book your trip with Hosted by Little’s, you are entering into a contract with Little’s Chauffeur Drive Ltd T/A Hosted by Little’s which binds you and Little’s Chauffeur Drive Ltd in various ways. These terms & conditions list the responsibilities and commitments you and Little’s Chauffeur Drive ltd have towards each other.

When complete a booking online, you are accepting our terms & conditions on behalf of the whole travelling party. A binding contract comes into existence when you check out and paid for your booking.

On the first day of your hire, you will be picked up at a location in central Glasgow or Edinburgh after 1pm. On the last day of your hire, you will be dropped off at a central location in Glasgow or Edinburgh before 1pm. On the first & last day of your hire, you have use of the Hosted car & driver for 4 hours per day. For all other days of your trip you have use of the Hosted car & driver for up to 8 hours per day, with a start time of your choice.
The rates paid online include the use of a Hosted car & driver for the required duration, the drivers overnight accommodation & meals, unlimited mileage in the car (subject to our fair use policy), 4 hours of time with the driver (first/last day) and 8 hours on all other days of the hire. The price also includes VAT.
All other costs incurred during the hire must be paid by the travelling party, including (but not limited to) ferry fares (including the car & driver), entrance fees, all accommodation and meals, parking charges, airport drop off fees etc.
The total number in your party must not exceed six passengers (including children). We can provide age-appropriate car seats if required (for an additional cost). We cannot accommodate any pets in our vehicles.
Personal Travel and Cancellation Insurance is not included. It is your responsibility to arrange your own insurance
Requests for amendments, including a change of date after your booking has been confirmed, will incur a £35 administration fee and will be subject to availability.
Full payment of your hire must be made online at the time of booking. All cancellation terms are calculated using the first day of the hire. Cancellations within 30 days of the hire are non-refundable. Bookings cancelled within 30 – 59 days of the hire will receive 50% refund of monies paid. Cancellations received 60+ days in advance of the hire will receive a full refund, minus a £200 administration fee.
